Setting Up at ElectraCash
Before you can begin configuring ElectraCash as a biller in NATS4 you must first sign up for a merchant account with them. You can do this through their website at http://www.electracash.com.
When registering with ElectraCash, make sure to take down the Master ID, Site ID, and Option ID that they provide for you. Without this information, you will not be able to set up ElectraCash functionality in NATS4.
Setting Up ElectraCash in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up ElectraCash in NATS4, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Setup New Biller" drop-down menu, select ElectraCash, and click Add.
Note: If you don't see ElectraCash, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
Fill in your ElectraCash Master ID when prompted, and click Save. If you were not provided with the requested information, please contact ElectraCash.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a tour, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Enter your ElectraCash Site ID here, into the field marked "EC Site ID."
Once you have completed the previous step, scroll down to the section labeled "Join Options for this Tour" and click the "Edit Option Details for this tour" section that corresponds to the [[Ct#Join Option|join option you wish to use. In the "Biller Details" section, locate the "EC Site ID" field and fill in the Site ID that was provided to you by ElectraCash.
When you have completed these steps, save your join option details. ElectraCash will now be configured for use as a biller in NATS.
